Instead of contract, each name on the group will be issued virtual card or physical card. The virtual card is issued for international if the insurance was purchased through online uswin.net. The physical card is to be issued for local purchase (Philippines) if the filled out application form is purchase through sagitariesinsurance.com online or submitted directly to our office. The policy number and the coverage for both virtual and physical are stated on each card with a validity period of 1 year. For Student PA and Shield Plus, the policy contract will be issued once the application was processed, approved and the payment was received. For Motor and other Property Insurance, after signing the contract the policy will be issued 3 to 5 working days together with the computation of your selected mode of payment.
