Exclusions
Any loss or disability caused directly or indirectly, wholly or partly by suicide, self inflicted injuries, while sane or insane, insurrection, war declared or undeclared, participating in riot, committing an assault or felony, injuries sustained while under the influence of prohibited drugs or alcohol, any form of racing other than foot, hazardous/professional sports.
Guidelines
Minimum number of enrollee should be 100, if less than 100 members subject to additional 50% premium per students.
Participation of Students per school should be 100%.
Free coverage for Faculty and staff: For every 25 students, 1 faculty of choice.
Faculty and Staff can avail of the package with the same benefits as the students.
Eligibility:
Registered Students 4 to 21 years old
Faculty & Staff 18 to 65 years old.
